Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of moverbins.com and to any booking you make with MoverBins ("we", "us"). By booking, you also agree to our Rental Agreement, which covers the bins and equipment themselves.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed when your payment or deposit goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
• Deliveries and pickups run on our weekly route day (Thursday) at no charge. Deliveries on any other day are SOS deliveries, charged at the price shown at checkout. Pickups are scheduled on a route day. We'll confirm a delivery window the day before.
• You must be 18 or older to book.

Prices, deposits and taxes

• Prices are shown in US dollars before sales tax. Applicable Tennessee and local sales tax is added at checkout.
• If you pay a reservation deposit, it is applied to your order total. The remaining balance is charged to your saved card before delivery.
• Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your delivery date.

Changes and cancellations

• You can change your delivery date for free if you tell us at least 48 hours ahead, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee.
• After delivery, rentals are not refundable, but you can end your rental early and we'll pick up sooner.

Saved card

When you book, you authorize us to save your card with our payment processor (Stripe) and charge it for your order balance, extra rental weeks you request, bins you choose to buy, and lost or damaged equipment as described in the Rental Agreement. We'll always email you a receipt for any charge.

Website use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to break it, or submit false bookings. Our guides are for general information only. Check important details (like utility, licensing or tax rules) with the relevant authority.

Liability

MoverBins supplies containers and equipment. We are not a moving company and do not pack, load, carry or transport your belongings. You are responsible for how you pack and move your items. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
